Cancellations
We highly recommend travel insurance in the event of cancellation.
In the case of cancellation due to government-mandated travel restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule your booking to a future date at the applicable rates, rather than applying the standard cancellation fee.

Children
Children of all ages are welcome at Stonefly Lodge. The lodge and surrounding property offer plenty of space and activities suitable for families. Please let us know if you're traveling with children so we can help plan your stay.
Pets
Due to New Zealand's strict biosecurity laws, pets cannot be brought into the country. Stonefly Lodge does not accommodate pets
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the lodge, grounds, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests
Liability
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Stonefly Lodge is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from activities undertaken during your stay, including but not limited to fly fishing, hiking, helicopter transfers, and other excursions.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
